Like so many of you, we have spent the last days and weeks learning about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is affecting our local communities. We recognize this is a challenging time for all.
Our #1 priority is the health, well-being and safety of our customers and employees. We are closely monitoring and following all of the latest reports and guidelines from the CDC (Centers For Disease Control ) , as well as from local and state authorities.
Rest assured, we've implemented all of the necessary precautions and safeguards to our work and operations. We've rigorously increased our cleaning protocols throughout our showroom, business offices, and service areas. Our team has been instructed to sanitize high touch surface areas hourly, during the work day.
We are also following the Centers for Disease Control's (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. While it is our policy to greet every customer with a warm handshake & a smile, we have advised our team to suspend any physical contact with guests including a handshake and to maintain the appropriate distance from all customers.
We have shared specific instructions with our employees on the importance of washing their hands, and staying home if they feel sick or are identified as posing a Coronavirus-related risk. In addition, we have canceled meetings of large gatherings, and are doing everything we can to help the spread of the virus.
We will continue to monitor the situation, and do what's best to ensure the safety and health of our customers, employees, and greater community.
